Job summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly skilled Product Owner for one of our clients in Annapolis, Maryland. This is a Hybrid Full-Time position.

Essential Functions

Product Strategy and Execution:

• Product Vision: Craft and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with long-term organizational goals and drive business growth.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships and influence C-suite executives to translate complex business needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Agile Leadership: Master Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement, scale Agile practices across the organization, and mentor teams on best practices.

Product Portfolio Management:

• Complex Portfolios: Lead highly complex product portfolios across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Market Insights: Leverage market insights, data analytics, and emerging technologies to innovate and solve critical business challenges.

Technical Collaboration:

• Technical Proficiency: Contribute to discussions about complex technical requirements and solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & CAPABILITIES:

Meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Substitution: A Master’s degree can substitute for 1 year of experience.
• Certifications: Professional certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner).
  • Candidates:
    • Narendra Nelli: Over 15 years of product management experience, with certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, and SAFe POPM.
    • Paul Javier: 12 years of product management experience, with certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner and SAFe Product Owner.

Desired Qualifications:

• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing other product managers or product owners.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and contribute to discussions about complex technical requirements and solutions.

Desired Software and Services Experience:

• Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer, Microsoft SQL Server Management Server.
• Other Tools: Alation, SolarWinds.
